Shrimp on the barbie
I tried something new - grilling shrimp. Actually, it's altogether new to be cooking with raw shrimp, but the girls seem to actually like shrimp, and it's so much better when you cook it yourself. So whilst in SC, Kristen showed me how to devein, and now I'm a pro (it's THAT easy). Mom and Tom joined us for this dinner and Mom, who is terrified of undercooked fish (or any food), declared it excellent. High praise.
